We reserve the right to re-qualify customer status at any time.


MINIMUM ORDERS:

Our minimum order is $50.00. Orders below $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.


CREDIT /TERMS:

All customers will receive orders on a COD basis except those who have established an open account with us.

COD customers may pay using a Visa or Mastercard in order to avoid the COD fee.

Invoices on open accounts are due and payable within the terms of your agreement with us. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be charged to balances over 30 days old. Open accounts lapsing more than 60 days past due will revert to COD status.


ORDERING:

Have your customer account number, and purchase order number ready, if using one.

When faxing your order to us, please include:
Shop name and account number • Catalog number, description and quantity
Your phone and fax number • Name of individual ordering


PRICING:

All catalog prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please call for current price quotes.


DELIVERY:

All orders received before 3:00pm EST will be shipped on the same business whenever possible.


COD REFUSALS:

If a COD order is returned to us, we will charge your account a full restocking fee, plus freight both ways.


FREIGHT:

For our domestic customers, JD Cycle Supply will pay full freight on parts orders of $700.00 or more.

No free freight or freight allowances will be given on past due accounts.


RETURNED CHECKS:

All returned checks are charged a $20.00 non-sufficient funds fee.

We reserve the right to require prepayment from customers that have two or more returned checks.


RETURNS:

All returns must be approved by Spinners Bicycles and require an RA number prior to return and credit.

Credit will not be given without our customer service authorization within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise returned must be in salable condition and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package being returned, include a copy of the invoice, and the reason for the return. Credit cannot be issued for items purchased 30 or more days prior to return, closeouts, wheel builds, or special orders. Freight must be paid by the customer-exceptions may apply.


SHORTAGES or DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Problems must be reported at the time the package is opened. NO EXCEPTIONS.


WARRANTY:

Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturers and no implied or actual warranty is given by Custom Cycle Supply. Merchandise should be returned, directly, to the manufacturer for any warranty claims. Contact your sales representative for assistance.
